Our Story

At The Power Factory, our primary focus is working with young ladies

to develop their overall skill set, work ethic and softball IQ.

We pride ourselves in preparing them to play at the collegiate level.

My daughter started working with Brian 4 years ago and this has been the best decision we have made regarding her hitting.

He sat down with her and asked her what her goals with hitting were and she was very clear she wanted a college scholarship. Brian was able to create a plan that not only rebuilt her swing but also teach her how to use power from her entire body not just her arms.

He has been able to turn a good hitter into a powerhouse and we could not be more thankful.

My name is DeLeisha Black-McLemore. I've known about Brian and his amazing techniques and capabilities for a few years. I referred a close friend of mine to him about a year ago just based on the great and amazing stories I'd heard.

My daughter Rhyan Black plays on varsity for SGP. She is a lefty, throws and hits left. I reached out to Brian and a few days later we had our first lesson. Rhyan spoke non-stop about her lesson: from getting on the bike, to using the cones and the big blue bag. The next day at her game while at bat she was very successful. She told me she felt confident.

Brian not only watched the game but followed up with Rhyan, to chat about how well she did and asked if she had any questions.

My daughter has been doing lessons with Brian for the past 4-5 months now.
